Isometric holds will give you BANG for your Satoshi! L - sit and horse Stance. Keep holding until you’re shaking. All the way until you touch the ground.
Once a week and you WILL get functionally stronger. Perfect if you’re lazy or on a time crunch. A hold anywhere between 1-5 minutes will do. Feels like I had a short sprint.
Caveat? You plateau a lot quicker if your diet is off.
