I鈥檇 make it yourself... despite it being a neuro-transmitter that is necessary for brain function... it is still very illegal in most places...
The chemistry know how to extract it is not beyond the abilities of a person with at least average to slightly above average intelligence.

Eh, basic chemistry and nurturing life are two very different things. With chemistry, we are talking exact measurements and processes, where as growing plants requires much closer attention to know how to overcome deficiencies and the like.
