Seems like an unfortunate accident, even those who dispise the Iranian regime probably don't believe it was done with the intent to kill civilians.

Yes, unfortunate and just sad. I don't believe or have any thoughts that they had any intent killing civilians. The fact still remains, naked, with its consequences despite what ripple effect set the human error into an actionable possibility.
