奥にわさびが見えると思いますが、自分ですりおろすシステムだったんですよね。ビックリしましたよ。店員さんから「わさびをすりおろしながらお待ちください。」って言われて。
すりたての生わさび美味しかったけどね。

Here is what we are introducing today.This is the soba noodles I had in Shizuoka.
You can see wasabi (Japanese horseradish) in the back. I was so surprised. The waiter said, "Please wait while you grate the wasabi.
The freshly grated wasabi was delicious, though lol
