I find myself more willing to pay for something when I feel it didn't cost "anything", just get paid by others for what you've been doing for free for Silicon Valley companies.

There has to be a magic number... how much money or microtransactions does a user need to get this "easy come easy go" feeling and start assimilating micropayments instead of free?
Getting that formula or magic number can unlock millions in revenue :)
