Interesting job, making some housings for threaded inserts, never broached a blind keyway on the mill b4. Worked pretty good:)

Got my 4 housings done:) next is 4 bronze/aluminum inserts 2 lefthand thread, 2 righthand and then 4 shafts 2 left and 2 right. Should keep me busy for a day or 2:)
Well got most of em finished 2 left, 2 right & sample. Need to key them and turn down end to weld on collar.
Managed to get the shafts started today:)
