I am interested in visceral fat reduction. My fitness tracker tells me I need to lose some. And get better habits for eating. Like walking after meals and stuff. I have been watching what I eat and sort of tracking it. I have been slacking recently and always struggled with snacking on junk or waking up and binging. I have been drinking huel meal replacement to help me control my macros. What you think of huel. Idk if I can do carnivore. I have been drinking it for probably a year or maybe at least 6 months, almost daily.
