Market pressures do balance a price through high pressures struggle from both sides.
To hope for this, would require conscious empowered participants in a system of handling these rights, instead of unconscious disempowered avoidants.

Demand for insurance is where all legitimacy for power derives from. That's why every move to gain power is done on the pretense of "security" (for your own good).
Licensing is the expenditure of the gained power.
