No I could not be more optimistic about BSV.

to be honest last week I thought everyone in any bitcoin would just quit if the 21 million rule was violated... as if there really was some 'sacred agreement' on bitcoin rules.
now it seems not the case and all I could do in the event is exit.

IMO courts redirecting funds is a pipe dream.
Seems plausible on paper but logistically improbable. Not even getting into the legitimacy of courts. (See OJ Simpson)
