Considering these are mainly all transactions at 0.25 sat/b they still pulled in 0.94 BSV for this block on top of the block subsidy. If these had been at the standard 0.5 sat/b (280 byte txs average) it would have generated roughly 1.85 BSV in fees.

Yeah I found the fees interesting also! GB blocks and Bitcoin becomes sustainable instead of relying on subsidy.

Yep. We know it can handle it now by looking at the STN. We just need usage to increase now to generate those txs on main-net. EHR & other enterprises will help massively with this. And hopefully Twetch & other apps take off. Memento looks interesting too.
