The most important thing of Streamanity will be to give creators ownership of their content. Not there yet because the videos are in Jack's servers, but the vision is neat. Netflix and others know that the content is what is valuable in their platforms.

Content creators will be incentivized to create their own platform if the market can't provide them a good one. This incentivizes the content platforms to be the best they can ad the cheapest possible. I think this is valid for other digital markets too.
This is a different problem, I think policing will still be necessary, but there might be more evidence that will make it easier to fight illegal use of the content.
