puts together many small utxos to less bigger ones to manage them better I think. I am not a techie, so I don't know what it's good for. :D
I had 100 utxos, after implode it was 3.

They should be using overlays, exploding utxos and never reusing the same address.

they are not actually a wallet provider but a NFT market place.

This is a functionality that let you to go from x utxos to 1 in order to reduce the amount of them just in case you want to do so
