Implement a gm token with locking (GM-21)

Anyone who writes gm here and for the total amount locked to their post, every 144 blocks distribute a pro rated amount of gm (ex. 1,000 per 144 blocks)

For example, if I write gm and lock 1 BSV to that post, and the total amount of gm posts have 100 BSV locked that day, I receive 10 gm tokens for that 144 block interval

Distribute gm tokens to the address where coins are locked so no boomer registration required

This is also sybil proof

Can even choose to crawl backwards in distribution and reward those who wrote gm on-chain in the past
