Just eat organ meat.

Good and not enough for.most people, and especially when the body is under inflammatory stress. Good nutrition needs sometimes sufficient supplementation of #Niacin bc the body needs MORE than one could get from food. We are talking 3 to 4 g a day.

Twetch ·

Sure as use for years of bad nutrition. Most cases its best to change your lifestyle, add in organ meats. have some fasts, get Sun and avoid the PUFA!
Once you do this, don't need to look at these supplements.

Twetch ·

What's PUFA?

Twetch ·

poly unsaturated fats. Mainly found in vegetable oil, seed oils. The body and most animals can make saturated and mono unsaturated fat but pufa is only obtained from eating it.

Highly recommend reading more from Bad at https://fireinabottle.net/ very interesting stuff. Also from reading The Carnivore Code by Paul saladino or just listen to his podcats, multiple talks on pufa.
Also Butter and tallow taste way better!

What about olive oil and avocado oil? Go or no go?

Twetch ·

I mainly cook with butter and ghee but my lady like to deep fry egg rolls... Looking for a solution to her deep frying needs 🤷‍♂️

Twetch ·

If you can go without I would but you don't have to be as strict . Olive oil is far far better than any vegetable oil. Avoid vegetable oil like the plague.

I've had the best tasting chips cooked in tallow. If you can source Suet from your butcher, its normally very cheap.
If you can't then I would use olive oil. avoid the vegetable oils.

Ghee is great, just not sure about deep frying though. but shallow fry in pan would be pretty delish.
