Im not the well versed between electrum 1.2.5 and 1.3.1-2, does anyone know why migrating wallet to 1.3.1 from 1.2.5 doesn't seem to send transactions? I have to then restore seed as new wallet to 1.2.5, and it will send again? Sorry for the noob q.

followed medium writeup from @2540 , wallet syncs, but all tx sent from 1.3.1 - 1.3.2 dont seem to go thru? 🤔
