Metals are good because they keep their value in bear markets and there's always going to be industrial demand for them.

@SD Metals are a good SoV because there will always be demand for them, and until we start mining asteroids they're quite scarce. Metals also tend to perform well in bear markets. If you're a frog you just want the green one! ;)
