Indeed. Weed reduces the amount of rem sleep you get so you get an extra boost when not smoking. I've practiced lucid dreaming for a while now as well.

I wouldn't recommend digging into lucid dreaming too much - it can be bad for your mental health.

Aha thanks for the 3’s Gecko :-). I’ve only had one or two LDs in my life.: had phases where ive actively tried to induce them (dream journals, state checks etc) but no proper success, yet anyway.

I had a friend who experimented lucid dreaming, astral flight, pscyhodelics and that sort of stuff.
Pretty scary story tbh.

Spinning intensly around in circles and scratching/feeling and even licking surfaces right when you go lucid is good. It reduces the chances of waking up.

Psychedelics can fuck you up. Research is vital imo, haven't heard any dangers for lucid dreaming though.

Liam- Dreamjournals and reality checks are good tools. Stabilizing your dream after you've gone lucid is what has helped me most :)
