I couldn't help it [[flouride]]

Thankfully we lived in a no-fluoride in the water area where I grew up in the UK, but unfortunately, my dad made up for it by giving me and my brother chewable fluoride pills - much more than the recommended dose too! Yuck, still remember those orange flavoured things. Wasn't great for my teeth, but God only knows what it did for my poor brain!

good for you, I'm glad you spoke on that. A large swath still has fingers in their ears unfortunately. I wrote an article back in 2014 on my health blog talking about that.
