That seems like the opposite of a capitalist free market, though..
As someone in favor of private property and a free market I naturally oppose ANY attempt by the state to meddle in the economy.

I think I understand. When you say hypercapitalist you mean the opposite of someone who wants a capitalist free market.
I find the term misleading, but i agree.

You cannot have a free market unless there is one single fixed rate currency that no human can control.
You also need a human verifiable way to track all the resources, commodities, etc on the entire earth.
No other way for a free market to exist.
