question for you... how often do you branch and create a side quests with a title vs the default "comment" quest?

the reason i am asking is bc I'm trying to simplify everything and am wondering whether we need titled side quests or if we can get by with just a single branch? but then that branch has branches so you still get multi-dimensionality but there is less decisions and confusion at each "level" (but less flexibility)

I stick with the comment title mostly. I branch with a new title only when I’m forking with a new search that’s better worded but that could easily be changed by just changing the original note.
