Humans are innately predictable due to having unresolved traumatic experiences which often dictate their actions and cause them to act irrationally and predictably in most instances of behavior.

Almost every human action is driven by a foundation of fear or love which dictates their directional movements in the real world. Humans mainly ruled by fear gravitate toward toxicity and those mainly ruled by love gravitate toward health and prosperity.

But of course, there is the illusion of Heath and Prosperity which causes humans to gravitate toward traumatic bonds and relationships but the underlying driving force is Fear:

Fear of being alone
Fear of inferiority
Fear of the unknown
Etc etc etc

This is the nature of repeated cycles aka generational trauma.
Not all trauma is the same & often trauma doesn’t appear as neg on the surface. It isn’t until you get to the 1st principal levels of actions where you begin to realize the compounding effects.

I think ‘all’ human actions are either Pos (+) or Neg (-) when you get to the root cause of the action, just as energy is either + or -.

When studying human behavior they are either + or - in their root, and thus trauma might appear as neutral but in reality has a net - effect.

Therefore, IMO, the majority of ‘trauma’ is unrealized throughout early life until these repeated actions are quite literally ‘burned’ into one’s psyche, thus overriding the authentic self and we get lost in our anxieties.
