Could humans have existed if the BASE DNA was changed constantly? Nope! Life started building ontop of DNA when it was established. Set in place. Otherwise we would still be a primordial soup of enzymes. Bitcoin will be reborn soon.

Well, humans would never have come into existence if it weren't for random genetic mutations.
We are still evolving. DNA is still changing but the pace is so slow you can't see it.
