There may be an old construction kit or new one , i prefer ancient as i can vouch for them personally as i successfully made games that worked in late 80s with this software, im pretty sure there may be a varient of this kit or another one as your artwork more closely resembles a diagonally scrolling adventure style game as oposed to a typical vertical or horozontaly scrolling shoot em up.
