Sort of made a bit of a mistake, the 16hr doesn't need to be in the cradle if we are focusing on the 8hr(trigger chart). The larger time frames take precedence. So if 16 and 8hr are in agreement, it doesn't matter(too much) if 4hr MA are crossing.
