In short, the metanet protocol creates a data structure from all the metanet valid transactions, those that adhere to the rules.
So now there are Bitcoin valid transactions and Metanet valid transactions!

1) transactions are nodes
2) edges are the “ecdsa” digital signatures.
3) a node must specify he IDnode and IDparent
4) a node can have 0 or 1 parent
