its a good list, the only things I might add is 1) sometimes calming music is a nice thing right before bed. 2) Before you close your eyes, think about or imagine your tomorrow and what you'd like for it. It can help for those whose minds tend to replay the stress elements of the day. And 3) For me, if I work or tax my brain right before bed sleep is terrible. So .. don't ๐. Unless it doesn't bother you.
