How to cure cancer?

Why low carb?

Twetch 路

You prevent it by lifestyle choices. Don鈥檛 drink or do drugs excessively, don鈥檛 eat animal products

Twetch 路

Eating low carb + periodic fasting + exercise.

Guaranteed not to get cancer

Twetch 路

I meant that's what eating high carb does. Although periodic fasting can mitigate the effects.

Twetch 路

Reduced insulin sensitivity which leads to chronic inflammation. Causes metabolic disorder

Twetch 路

Living causes cancer.

Twetch 路

Eliminate red meat 馃ォ from diet.

Twetch 路

Better yet, eat only red meat

Twetch 路

Carbs increase insulin sensitivity

Twetch 路

fat intake causes insulin resistance and prolongs increased blood sugar levels. high fat diets are the cause of type 2 diabetes

Twetch 路

You have it exactly backwards

Twetch 路

Carbs and protein can both get converted into sugar by the body. Depends on if the body has its energy needs or not.

Twetch 路

Lots of misunderstanding. More importantly, a lot is unknown.

Twetch 路

Actually, any diet with massive intake of food overwhelms the pancreas and the adipose cells stop to respond to insulin so you need more insulin to make them respond. So any food in massive qualities can cause extreme type 2 diabetes.

Twetch 路

*typo. The word extreme was in error.

Twetch 路

But red meat even in low quantities has been show to be harmful to the heart and vasculature.

Twetch 路

no, most people have it backwards

Twetch 路

processed meat is highly carcinogenic and red meat is probably carcinogenic according to the world health organization

Twetch 路

carbs are stored as muscle glycogen, fat is stored as fat

Twetch 路

Your body can also synthesize muscle glycogen from protein. Fats are essential. Carbs are not.

Twetch 路

Fat gets stored due to insulin. How do you attribute the rise in obesity in Western countries? Fat intake didn't increase but carbs did.

Twetch 路

western countries eat a ton of meat and dairy which are high fat low carb. look how lean asians are eating mostly rice.

carbohydrates are the prefered source of energy for the human body, most athletes know this.

Twetch 路

Asians used to east lots of rice but since rapid modernization have increased meat. Life expectancy has also gone up. Hong Kong = high meat consumption and high life expectancy

Twetch 路

the longest living populations were ones consuming high carb and little to no animal products

Twetch 路

I just gave the example of Hong Kong which has the highest rate of meat consumption. Can you provide counterexamples?

Twetch 路

I believe that the California Adventists had the highest average life expectancy and they ate 100% plant based

Twetch 路

I once wrote a song for fun going like "I'm so alkaline I can't get no cancer" was pretty catchy if I say so myself!

Twetch 路

Meat consumption in HK is still low compared to US. I think their longevity has more to do with top-notch medical care plus everyone walking a lot every day.

Twetch 路

Fasting and chemo

Twetch 路

Loll!

Twetch 路

Animal fat. Fish and red meat. Avoid highly processed anything. Just don鈥檛 tell normies, otherwise the price will go up. Sadly it鈥檚 not something which has strong natural selection since we have kids way before we die from it. Just the grandparent factor.

Twetch 路

The people saying low carbs are correct but the reason is more so to do with the deuterium sequestered in the carbohydrate rich foods which wreaks havoc on the ATP synthase on the inner mitochondrial membrane which decreases ATP production.

Twetch 路

Your body doesn't prefer to burn glycogen because it likes it more, it prefers to burn glycogen to eliminate carbohydrates from the cell as fast as possible to reduce the chance of deuterium isotopes ending up in the matrix water.

Twetch 路

the warburg effect occurs because you've knocked out your ox phos pathway by the deuterium isotopes trashing the ATP synthase so then you have to rely on fermentation of glucose to generate your ATP. This leads to an increased acids, lowers the pH = cancer

Twetch 路

what specific foods would you suggest someone to eat?

Twetch 路

Pesco-vegetarian.

Twetch 路

why do you eat fish?

Twetch 路

Nutritional Keto diet. Lots of green veggies (the chloroplasts deplete deuterium and send it to the fruit or grain), wild caught oil seafood high in DHA, grass fed dairy/meat, MCT, olive oil, avocados, nuts. Not too much protein 70:20:10 fat protein carbs

Twetch 路

do you consume caffeine or any other stimulating drugs?

Twetch 路

Most of the DHA in fish and multi-cellular organisms with access to cold-water oceanic foods originates from photosynthetic and heterotrophic microalgae, hence deuterium depleted. the brain cortex skin and retina are made of DHA.

Twetch 路

yes I have a bullet proof coffee with grassfed ghee and mct each morning. some organic tobacco in a spliff otherwise no. the mct gives you tonnes of brain fuel.

Twetch 路

long term I think you are greatly increasing your risk of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes by consuming high amounts of fat, meat, and dairy. you are also relying on stimulants for energy because you aren't consuming enough carbohydrates.

Twetch 路

I don't consume high amounts of meat. Occasionally i have some kangaroo or free range hormone free chicken. Saturated fats are fine if you are not consuming them in conjunction with carbs. Exposure to sunlight helps with cholesterol. see Dr Laszlo Boros

Twetch 路

meat and dairy are carcinogenic, saturated fat will clog your arteries. Laszlo Boros was recently diagnosed with cancer. I would not take his lifestyle advice

Twetch 路

source? his twin brother died of cancer a few years back. he has many publications on deuterium depletion, mitochondria and cancer. You may also like to check out Dr Doug Wallace, Dr Jack Kruse, Dr. Stephen Phinney.

Twetch 路

I suggest you hit the books again Austin. There are no studies that show meat or dairy cause cancer.

Twetch 路

If you were honest, you would just admit that you are vegetarian for ethical reasons instead of making up evidence that shows eating meat is unhealthy.

They never control for carb intake in those studies.
