here we can see the term 'honest miner' being used by craig wright in the context of whether the miner is spending resources irrationally or not.

That 'honesty' is simply related to whether incentives are followed.

My comment about honesty was more targeted at the individual or group that would have the authority to give the direction to the miners to execute the court order. I don’t see any way that a single key holder could be granted that type of authority.
