I'd say most is yes, I think it's testing tech....hence why area 51 is so secretive, I don't think it's aliens I think it's that they're building and testing tech they don't want other countries to know of.
I believe aliens do exist, I believe aliens are what ancient civilisations refer to as gods. many ancient cultures art and stories say they come down from the sky with advanced knowledge in flying objects etc etc
however, most.of the sightings we are shown or told about aren't alien but I believe there's a very very small percentage that aren't us

I have good reason to believe the idea of aliens is true, but a part of me wants to say the idea of aliens is just absurd.
Maybe its both.

I will not say that their cannot be real aliens however.
iv seen that episode, I think there's good arguments for both side
mainly, think how many ancient cultures, civilisations and religions all tell of advanced beings with extreme knowledge descending from the sky...
but also we did not evolve naturally, humans were advanced. some one or something created humans, OR humans have been around for hundreds of thousands of years to be as advanced as a species. look how different and advanced we are compared to every other animal or species on earth...we were chemical and biologically altered in my opinion
