Hi, I'm Reemda and I don't know a thing about bitcoin, but I do know seed oils make you fat and sick.

I like gourds seeds oil on my salad.

Well, having seed oils cold and in combination with lots of antioxidants (which would be the case in a salad) is probably the least harmful way to consume them. Not *not* harmful, but better than cooked and in combination with sugar.

Ok thanks and yes, we use olive oil, pumpkin oil and sometimes grape oil but only cold. Anything about cooking on lard or butter? Because it’s what we do almost daily.

Welcome to Twetch! 🥳🥳🥳

Lard and butter are great for cooking, along with coconut oil. The more saturated the fat, the more heat-stable it is.
Also, olive oil is not a seed oil but a fruit oil. Not harmful at all when fresh and cold-pressed.

How do you know?

You are absolutely correct. Combine those with sugar and you have a recipe for declining health.

Hard to say in short - there's a variety of ways seed oils can harm us; eg. their potential to damage cholesterol (especially when combined with sugar), and their too-high content of omega-6 fats. Both discussed here: youtube.com/watch?v=6ePOa7JPKBE

Good video - thanks!
