Reality is for most people what they make of it in their thoughts.
Most peope don't realise it or just can't get rid of their monkey mind.
It is very weird but ones you get it you feel much better.

Their mind focuses on one problem they have and bang they can't get it out their mind anymore and get depressed and sick.
They have 1000 things they can worry about but they worry about that one all the time.
In almost all cases it is even not one of their biggest problems they get depressed by !
In many cases they are not aware of worst problem they could
worry about.
