how does peepath work with ETH fees?
Every 15 "peeps" (or less if you wish) you sign an IPFS hash. You used to have to personally broadcast a transaction onto the Ethereum blockchain, but if you're logged in your transactions are batched. See https://peepeth.com/a/free for more.

If you want, you can stay signed out and peep (post) directly to the blockchain and pay your own fees.
There is also one feature that requires ether to be paid - changing your username.
Also, a small fee is charged by Peepeth when you tip/pay users.
