I was in Denmark for 3 years - 2009-2012. Was a good experience. Had to leave after my Specialist Tax rate expired after 3 years and my income tax rate went from the expat rate of 34% to the normal rate for my level of income at the time: new rate = 62%.

I like the seasons here, were I grew up in California the weather was pretty moderate year round. I also like the absence of traffic police and police in general. I have traveled through parts of Norway, Sweden and also Southern Europe in a car and train
