"The hearing testimony that the trust holds only keys, not bitcoin, cannot be reconciled with the statements that it contains bitcoin. At least one is intentionally false. "

🤦🤦🤦
The judge's order is filled with nonsense like this.
He has no clue.

"he put all his bitcoin (and/or the keys to it – his story changed) into a computer file that is encrypted"

LOL the judge thinks Bitcoin & private keys are not the same and that CSW changed his story because he used them interchangeably 🤦🤦🤦

"It is not credible that he (CSW) would have mistaken the Bitcoin currency for the keys that control the ability to transfer the currency"

if you understand bitcoin then the entire order is ONE BIG FACEPALM🤦

Exactly right. The issue is the courts are still confused on how this whole system works in some aspects.

Twetch ·

So then the order could be subject to change over the coming months?

Wow this part is pretty basic why is that so hard to understand? TBF Craig doesn’t explain things in the best way at times. Sometimes his wording can confuse others, I’ve seen this before regularly.
