As much as I hate to say this... we should try to get the XRP influencers to move their audience here. Some of those guys have like 50,000 followers and handfuls of them have 20,000 followers. They could still support XRP... just do it on BSV. 🐲

This is a good idea. However, #Bitcoin SV is superior, so they will be on their way, whether we call them or not. 'Self-improvement is the basis of community development.' The earth has over 7bn people, which is almost unlimited growth potential for us.
@5763 used to be an XRP channel that switched over to BSV. If one of the channels that has 20,000 - 50,000 subscribers does what she did that would be some serious firepower. They are very active on social media and actively support content creators.
You may have a point. However @5763 appears to have just over 4-dozen followers on @852. Although good, this is hardly a drop compared to the 1 billion we should all be working towards by everyone on @852 simply adding 2 new-to-BSV followers every month.
You’re correct but XRP has serious influence on Youtube. There are like 10 channels with 20,000 subscribers and a couple heavy hitters with 40-50,000. I’m saying if one of them changes their tune like @5763 did then we would def notice.
Great point. I think the question is whether #Bitcoin SV needs 'influences'. My view is that we should have 'teachers' so that everyone can think and choose based on reality. We do not have to bend or exagerate anything!
It’s not that BSV “needs” influencers, it’s just that it wouldn’t hurt to have someone with 20-50,000 subscribers start supporting BSV. 🐲
Okay, suppose some crossed over, I am not sure how they would be effective influencers if few have read the Bitcoin white paper, and of those that have read, even fewer understand it.
The main idea is that if people crossed over or even diversified into BSV, they would research it and some of them would contribute to the ecosystem and would help the ecosystem expand.
Well said, though that would be ideal. Reality is that it is difficult to teach an 'old dog new tricks!' We who have the 'light' have to focus on teaching those who have no clue where to start. The others will follow when they see the utility-in-use.
It would be nice to pull people in from all the crypto communities because they have good ideas and access to various networks. I’m not looking for BSV to “moon” atm but I’m looking to expand the user base and ecosystem so that the foundation is secure.
