lying is the punishment for someone who does not seek knowledge by himself.
Being100% honest encourages people to not thinking and not learning. it is communism.

If you be honest with everybody then you insult people who thinking and reading. and you waste their efforts. you are killing the thinking.

when you become wise you say: everybody is honest and if they lie I will realize so at least for me everybody is honest
