Not enough! Why 🤔 Because if they did they would not be trying to control the hash of sovereign miners via mandate and price controls.
Reassignment and freezing I personably consider to be protection of property rights, a hard pill to swallow due to zero trust in govs and judiciary not to exploit it, but price controls is a hard no.
