I have been harvesting Romaine Lettuce in a "cut-and-come-again" way nearly every 2nd day since early April.
Right now, the plants have grown tall and it is impossible for us to consume all of it so I started giving away to the neighbors but still there is too much.
As the weather is getting warmer, in a while the lettuces will start blooming/bolting and I should harvest all of it at once as after that the taste becomes bitter.
I wonder if someone has experience with long-term storing Lettuce: meaning blanching and freezing.
Looking forward for answers in the comments. TIA
