Handcash makes it so easy to send or receive BSV. What is missing is an easy way to buy BSV with $ and convert BSV back into $. If there are easy and cost effective ways right now, please enlighten me (I am in California).

I think you can do that at Bittrex exchange but only after typical KYC requirements (ID image upload among other proofs of identity - kinda a pain). There used to be more US friendly exchanges.
