My greatest mistake was to put economics first and not to understand the psychological processes that cause people to resist economics. These processes are so strong that they are suicidal. If I had understood this, then I would have known that everything I liked about Bitcoin would be unappealing to most people and I would have known that BSV would not be more appealing than BTC.

i had a naïveté like this. i thought that people who disagreed with me would only need to see more information about how they were wrong. what i didn't realize was that people's positions are much more about tribal identity, emotional safety, and fear of change/comfort seeking
