Hell, if the @852 team were smart, they would automatically shorten URLs using this tool and use the SymRe protocol to direct their media unfurls/previews... Help their customers get more value from their app by wasting less characters on URLs.
You could even "hide" the SymRe URL in app, just like replacing the tag number with a username on displaying the twetch... So, users know where they're being linked before they click.
