Agreed. From a fundamental, factual basis though — we are governed by consent. The 'consent' was unknowingly registering ourselves as non-sovereign, corporate entities. That alone allows a level of control by the 'Elites'.
The fact of the matter, however — is that whilst we can all agree, the state DO issue their brainwashed 'agents' to issue threatening letters, and often visits to our properties. The problem here is that 99% of Humanity do not know their rights, nor the Law, nor do they have a backbone — leaving them vulnerable, and unable to 'counter' what I would call 'Matrix Attacks'.
Their tactics rely entirely on Fearmongering.
The solution lies in a multitude of things:
Firstly, one must be aware of the 'Game'.
Secondly, you must learn to drop the Fear.
Thirdly, it requires non-compliance. Ideally, on mass scale.
First, they issue letters. Letters often 'demanding' that you comply, however — upon closed inspection of the wording that is used, you will quickly notice a few things.
Terminology/wording such as "we MAY", "you MAY", or "could POSSIBLY result in...", etc. is what they use most frequently. These are not strictly implying any amount of certainty, since — they only rely entirely on your compliance.
The other things which should be noted in these 'fearmongering' attempts within their Letters (often from FAKE/FRAUDULENT 'legal firms', 'courts', or similar) is that they often will never put a person's name on the signing of the Letter.
For example, letters will often remain untied to a Human. I.E. "Yours Sincerely, BW Legal".
Interesting, isn't it? Why would an employee, acting on behalf of a legal firm, attempting to issue 'legal' "notices", simply not sign with whoever is actually issuing the Letter? BW Legal as a Corporate Entity does not have a Brain, Eyes, pair of Hands, and certainly cannot send out Letters. That is the job of somebody acting on behalf OF the Corporation.

But you will find eventully that the state isn't in any way restricted by your rights and that it doesn't rely on your consent.

Thank you! 😊 I have been fighting 'the state' for a very long time now — understanding almost every aspect of the way that they handle their 'operations', ultimately though — what is the largest price to pay if you don't conform to their demands?
Let's assume you refuse to pay Taxes, or refuse to pay council-issued Fines?
They want you to believe that you'll be imprisoned. That's not the case at all. Sure, they use their Media Machine to curate fake stories (often using 'celebrities') which further enforces the very fear they wish to impose upon you, but realistically — how many people who refuse to comply actually have any action taken against them?
Even if one were to argue one or two 'legitimate' cases where action perhaps was forced, when we unite, and finally adopt mass non-compliance, they don't have a leg to stand on. They cannot imprison us all.
Did the Royal's pay inheritance taxes recently? Absolutely not. Therefore — there are 'loopholes', or exceptions. You cannot have 'exceptions' on legalities. That's simply not how the Law works. Another method they use is by putting assets in a Trust, which they claim has no 'link' to themselves, lol!
Simply put: The state only has any sort of 'power' on the basis that we have given it power or Authority in the first place. Essentially, by consent.
This can be countered by a deeper understanding of the Law (and the loopholes that the Elites use themselves, using their own 'laws' against them, when necessary), or by being non-compliant. The more of us, the merrier. Sadly though, most are content with being stuck in the Slavery system — being told what to think, and don't mind sending their children to indoctrination camps to continue the cycle.

That's the thing. Your consent isn't required, just the consent of enough people. And that is in place.
But sure, be as free as you possibly can.
All I'm saying is that rights don't protect you from the state.

But it absolutely is from the fundamental spiritual standpoint. The Earth is a home for ALL of us to explore freely, provided we abide by simple 'Common Law'.
Not wearing a seat belt in your Vehicle is not a breach of Law, that would be 'breaking' a Legislation.
Common Law are simply 'common sense' laws:
Do not Harm others
Do not StealEtc.
They simply want you to believe that there is no alternative and that you must comply. Again, it's part of their fearmongering tactics.
Human Rights are essentially the highest power of Law. They wish to mis-inform you and tell you that Statute Law supersedes your Rights, it's simply not true.
The issue is that people do not exercise their rights enough, which is exactly how we got into this position in the first place — rolling over waiting for our bellies to be rubbed, at the first sight of being offered a 'solution' to a 'problem' which they created themselves. Thus, giving the Psychological effect of 'Wow! Our Heroes! Let's do as they say.'
Enough is enough — it's time we take a stand. I hope this was enough to plant a seed, or at least inspire some of you reading to begin your journey, start to educate yourselves more. Put it into practice, start small, and grow your confidence.
