Make sure you get paid for your time ans dont solve their problem for free as part of the interveiw :-)

That’s what I gotta was thinking but I don’t see how I can swing them paying me for it. I know I have had interviews in the past where they were essentially getting free labour.

I was a chef for most of my life, going into an interview i knew i had to cook or solve issues i always made sure to say "so i will be compensated for my time here yes?". Usually works in your favor, no one wants to seem cheap or like they are using you.
