ピリ辛の味噌ラーメンですね。
中太の縮れ麺がスープによく絡んで味噌がしっかり感じられてgood！
とろっとろのチャーシューも最高でしたね😋
寒い時期には染み渡りそうな一杯でした！(今日暑かった🫠

Today's lunch was Sapporo Ramen:)
It's a spicy miso ramen.
The medium-thick noodles are well mixed with the soup and you can feel the miso flavor.
The melt-in-your-mouth chashu pork was great, too 😋
It was a bowl of soup that would soak up the cold weather! (It was hot today🫠
