What is a quantum being?
Every particle or matter, every wave and every field is in every "place" at the same time. Time is measuring a fixed point in space. We look at something and our brain tells us its here now. But everything always was, is now, and always will be.

But this does not explain your concept of "quantum being". Basically, you're describing some sort of singularity.
God is the singularity? I can deal with it, but why "quantum"?
Re read and think. I am flesh so this is how I understand it. One day with God is as a thousand years 2 Peter 3:8. Put it on the self and come back to it if you are not getting it. When Jesus walked through the wall was the wall really there ?
