Its gonna be almost impossible to get equality of responsibility and accountability out of women. Its not built in to the majority of them.
It seems to me that the problem is that western society has been incentivizing women to be irresponsible and unaccountable.
Personally I find that deeply sexist.
Women aren't children and shouldn't be treated as such, even if it were what they want most.
