@Gavin just playing with this, to see if it works. So I have had this incident with Centi.I got a message that they will close their platform and to kindly het my funds of their platform. So I had about 200 CCHF in believe it's called (swiss Franks) and they offer an offramp with handcash... Well I sent all at once (wrong idea) and it seems to be all lost... Maybe you can warn others... Anyway, like your videos, see you at the top ;-)

Same thing happened to me! Thought my funds were lost but they were just hidden in the lower portion of the Centi app. Took me about 10 emails with Centi support to figure it out. Once I did, I was able to transfer the Centi francs to the Swiss stable coin on ETH and then to the ETH wallet on another platform. Pain in the butt but was made whole at the end. Definitely communicate with Centi via email and they'll help you resolve. Let's talk about this more soon.
Ok, si you did the same and recovered your funds! Great to hear, centi still has not given me any answer, could you share the email you used to contact them?
I really see no cchf I can send to the ETH chain
Dear Rob
We understand your concern. Centi Franc or other STAS-20 tokens can freely travel across the BSV blockchain. The PayMail standard allows a wallet to give out a BSV address based on a recognizable name which is the PayMail address. At Centi we do not have control over which other wallets support PayMail nor STAS type of tokens. Please note that we do warn all our exchange users explicitly about ensuring compatibility in our terms of service, and digital cash risk notice, further we also clearly state these risks in our Centi Franc token terms (centi.ch/exchange-terms, https://centi.ch/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/Centi-Franc-CCHF-Introduction-Token-Terms-v1.1-2024.pdf).
Now that all stated, it is possible to recover these STAS-20 tokens out of any key back to an address with a STAS supported wallet: https://centi.ch/faq/wallet-compatibility/
Please see the last chapter about recovery of STAS-20.
Best regards
