This is mostly a fabrication. Its portrayed as a direct quote but its actually just a very biased and clearly intentionally false interpretation. Heres the real quote:
"The man of the future will be of mixed race. Today's races and classes will gradually disappear owing to the vanishing of space, time, and prejudice. The Eurasian-Negroid race of the future will replace the diversity of peoples with a diversity of individuals."
This is clearly a prediction, not a prescription, of the gradual mixing of races.
There was nothing in the book about being easily controlled by a ruling elite. That is a complete fabrication.
There is a passage about admiring Jews and that they are "spiritual nobility" but this is a passage about admiring their accomplishments, nothing about a prescription that they should rule
