Future idea for @852 :
Once people reach a certain high amount of followers, they can chose to manually increase the costs of interacting (reply,like,branch) with their posts to further more discourage haters and trolls to interrupt their experience.

Of course this would only make sense if Twetch goes ballistic with the amount of users and people actually manage to acquire thousands of followers.
There should still be a cap on the increase of interaction-costs within a reasonable span.
It will be interesting to see what Twetch will look like with 50,000 users.
Or profiles with 50,000 followers. I would find that more interesting.
If we get to that point, Twetch will be massive.
