Fun fact: Moses was buried by God and is the only recorded person in human history to have received such an honor. Gen 34:6. In fact, the Bible even refers to Moses as a friend of God. Not surprising when you consider all of the time they spent together.

The Bible gives enough detail about the burial of Moses that you can say with certainty that God did indeed bury him. As for Abraham, this goes into speculation which is why I stated that Moses was the only recorded person buried by God.
However, I would be very interested in reading up on your theories if you happen to have any links on hand of articles in support.
Isaiah 41:8 and James 2:23 supports Abraham as friend of God.
I see what you are saying now! Fascinating verses you have shown me by the way. Yes, there are other people in the Bible who God refered to as His friend but Moses is the only one who it records as being buried by Him.
Yes Deuteronomy 34:5-7 says so. Moses was still strong and health when he died. No recognised grave for him.
Very strange indeed to understand God burying someone.
